There has been published in the Official Journal of the EU (OJ) a corrigendum to the text of the Regulation on key information documents for packaged retail and insurance-based investment products (PRIIPs Regulation).

The corrigendum relates to Article 8(5) (third sub-paragraph) of the PRIIPs Regulation, which requires the Joint Committee of the European Supervisory Authorities to develop draft regulatory technical standards relating to key information documents. The corrigendum amends the date by which the Joint Committee is to submit the draft regulatory technical standards to the European Commission to 31 March 2016.

The PRIIPs Regulation comes into force on 29 December 2014, and applies to Member States from 31 December 2016.
