There has been published in the Official Journal of the EU a corrigendum to Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/2251 supplementing the European Markets Infrastructure Regulation (EMIR) with regard to regulatory technical standards on risk mitigation techniques for uncleared over-the-counter derivative contracts under Article 11(15) of EMIR. The corrigendum amends Article 36(2)(b) of the Delegated Regulation.
