The Consumer Credit (Information Requirements and Duration of Licences and Charges) (Amendment) Regulations 2014 were published on the legislation.gov.uk website, together with an explanatory memorandum.
The Regulations were made on 4 September 2014 and will come into force on 26 September 2014. They amend the Consumer Credit (Information Requirements and Duration of Licences and Charges) Regulations 2007 for statements given to debtors that relate to green deal plans. The 2007 Regulations prescribe the information and forms of wording that must be included in statements that creditors are required to give to debtors under section 77A of the Consumer Credit Act 1974.
