There has been published in the Official Journal of the EU (OJ), the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/1212 of 25 July 2016 laying down implementing technical standards (ITS) with regard to standard procedures and forms for submitting information in accordance with the UCITS Directive. The regulation will enter into force 20 days after its publication in the OJ, that is 15 August 2016.
