There has been published the Commission Delegated Regulation supplementing Market Abuse Regulation (MAR) with regard to regulatory technical standards (RTS) for the appropriate arrangements, systems and procedures for disclosing market participants conducting market soundings. The Delegated Regulation will enter into force on the day after its publication in the Official Journal of the EU and will apply from 3 July 2016.
