There has been published in the Official Journal of the EU (the OJ) Commission delegated Regulation supplementing the European Markets Infrastructure Regulation with regard to Regulatory Technical Standards on direct, substantial and foreseeable effect of contracts within the EU and to prevent the evasion of rules and obligations.
The delegated Regulation enters into force on the twentieth day following its publication in the OJ. However, article 2 of the delegated Regulation applies from 10 October 2014.
