ISDA publishes overview of US and EU OTC derivatives reforms

The International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA) has published an overview of US and EU over-the-counter (OTC) derivatives regulatory reforms.

ISDA has also published a chart addressing the relevance of ISDA protocols and other documents for derivative transactions for market participants in non-US/EU jurisdictions.
