The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) has published an updated version of its questions and answers document (Q&A) on the implementation of the European Market Infrastructure Regulation (EMIR).

The Q&As include a new Part V on Reporting to Trade Repositories – Exchange Traded Derivatives contracts reporting. ESMA has also provided further information concerning the scope and content of the reporting rules under EMIR and the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive.
