The Council of the EU has published a European Commission cover note which is attached to the text of a draft delegated Regulation adopted by the Commission setting out regulatory technical standards (RTS) for own funds requirements under the Capital Requirements Regulation. The Commission adopted this delegated Regulation on 7 January 2014.
The delegated Regulation will be published in the Official Journal of the EU if no objection is expressed by either the European Parliament or the Council within the relevant time period specified in the EBA Regulation.
