There has been published in the Official Journal of the EU (the OJ) the Bank Recovery and Resolution Directive (BRRD). The BRRD will enter into force on the twentieth day following its publication in the OJ, with the exception of article 124 (which makes consequential amendments to the CRD IV Directive) which will enter into force on 1 January 2015.
