There has been published in the Official Journal of the EU, Directive (EU) 2017/2399 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 December 2017 amending the Bank Recovery and Resolution Directive as regards the ranking of unsecured debt instruments in insolvency hierarchy. The Directive entered into force on 28 December 2017.
