The European Commission has published slides on ‘services’ as part of the EU27’ preparatory discussions on the framework for a future relationship with the UK. The slides incorporate sections on the considerations to be taken into account in negotiating the future relationship between the EU and the UK on:

• the treatment of services in the Single Market and during a transition period (from slide 3);
• services in EU trade policy (from slide 16);
• horizontal and regulatory issues in services (from slide 31); and
• financial services (from slide 47).
