The British Bankers’ Association (BBA) has published an updated version of its Industry Guidance for FCA Banking Conduct of Business Sourcebook (the Industry Guidance).

The Industry Guidance, which is neither mandatory nor exhaustive, gives examples of ways that firms can achieve compliance with the FCA’s Banking Conduct of Business sourcebook (BCOBS) and Principles for Businesses (PRIN). The Industry Guidance was last reviewed in 2013 and has now been updated to reflect a number of minor changes.
