Bank of England announces membership and terms of reference for market practitioner panel supporting fair and effective markets review

The Bank of England (BoE) has published a press release announcing the core membership of the independent Market Practitioner Panel (MPP) that is being established to support the fair and effective markets review that is being jointly carried out by the BoE, HM Treasury and the FCA.

The BoE has published a document listing the members of the MPP’s steering committee and the chairs of a series of MPP expert groups that have been created. It has also published the MPP’s terms of reference.
