We have compiled a consolidated version (Lesefassung) of the Securities Acquisition and Takeover Act – Ordinance on Bids (Wertpapiererwerbs– und Übernahmegesetz -Angebotsverordnung – WpÜG-Angebotsverordnung) as amended by the Second Financial Markets Amendment Act (Zweites Finanzmarktnovellierungsgesetz – 2.
