ESMA updates MiFID II Q&As on market structures, commodity derivatives and transparency

The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) has published updated MiFID II / MiFIR Q&As on:

commodity derivatives topics (position limits section updated);
transparency topics (the sections covering general transparency topics and equity transparency have both been updated); and
market structure topics (the sections on direct electronic access and algorithmic trading and multilateral and bilateral systems have been updated).
