There has been published in the Official Journal of the EU the following guidelines:
- guideline of the European Central Bank (ECB) laying down the principles for the co-ordination of the assessment pursuant to the Capital Requirements Regulation (CRR) and the monitoring of institutional protection schemes including significant and less significant institutions; and
- guideline of the ECB on the approach for the recognition of institutional protection schemes for prudential purposes by national competent authorities pursuant to the CRR.
