The European Banking Authority (EBA) has published final draft regulatory technical standards (RTS) specifying the framework for cooperation and exchange of information between competent authorities for passport notifications under the revised Payment Services Directive. The Commission Delegated Regulation that contains the RTS shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the EU.
