The Presidency of the Council of the EU has published its second compromise proposal on the proposed Fifth Anti-Money Laundering Directive, which amends the Fourth Anti-Money Laundering Directive.  The cover note for the compromise proposal states that the amendments to the first Presidency compromise proposal are marked in underlined bold text and deletions are highlighted in strikethrough.
