We have compiled a consolidated version (Lesefassung) of the Contribution Ordinance of the Compensatory Fund of Securities Trading Companies (EdW-Beitragsverordnung – EdWBeitrV) as amended by the Second Financial Markets Amendment Act (Zweites Finanzmarktnovellierungsgesetz – 2. FiMaNoG) published on 29 September 2016 by the German Federal Ministry of Finance. EdW is a Federal Government Special Fund without legal capacity that was established at Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KfW) in accordance with section 6 (1) of the Investor Compensation Act (Anlegerentschädigungsgesetz – AnlEntG) .
