On 6 October 2025, there was published in the Official Journal of the EU (OJ), Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/1979 of 1 October 2025 laying down implementing technical standards for the application of Regulation (EU) No 260/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to uniform reporting templates, instructions and methodology for the reporting of the level of charges for credit transfers, instant credit transfers and payment accounts, and the share of rejected transactions.

The Commission Implementing Regulation enters into force on the twentieth day following its publication in the OJ (26 October 2025).
