On 31 July 2024, the EU Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER) published issue 37 of its Quarterly Report on its activities under Regulation (EU) No 1227/2011 (REMIT).
The revised REMIT (REMIT II) entered into force on 7 May 2024.
ACER is holding a two-day joint roundtable meeting on the REMIT II delegated acts, which will take place on 17 and 18 September 2024. ACER has also launched a public consultation on the
Annex of the REMIT Implementing Regulation to gather input on data collection aspects and field descriptions. The consultation closes on 6 September 2024.
