On 9 July 2021, the FCA updated its UK EMIR news webpage by providing a follow up statement concerning:
- Reporting of fallbacks in accordance with the ISDA protocol.
- Reporting of bespoke fallbacks.
- Reporting where a reference rate is otherwise amended.
