On 19 April 2021, the Financial Ombudsman Service announced that Nausicaa Delfas had been appointed its interim Chief executive and chief ombudsman. Nausicaa succeeds Caroline Wayman, who has stepped down after seven years as Chief executive and chief ombudsman.
