There has been published in the Official Journal of the European Union (the OJ) Commission delegated Regulation 2015/585 supplementing the Capital Requirements Regulation with regard to regulatory technical standards for the specification of margin periods of risk. The delegated Regulation enters into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the OJ.
