The European Commission has published the Delegated Regulation that it has adopted which amends an earlier Delegated Regulation which sets out regulatory technical standards for own funds requirements for institutions. The Delegated Regulation is binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States. It enters into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the EU.
