The European Banking Authority (EBA) has published a Consultation Paper on draft regulatory technical standards on criteria for determining the minimum requirement for own funds and eligible liabilities under the Bank Recovery and Resolution Directive.
The deadline for comments on the Consultation Paper is 27 February 2015. A public hearing will take place at the EBA’s premises on 19 January 2015.
